Email signature

Use another image

Must be a public https:// address to a square image — mail clients load it from the web every time the message is opened. A circle-cropped PNG with transparent corners looks right everywhere; Outlook on Windows will not round the corners for you.

Installing it

Apple Mail

Mail → Settings → Signatures. Create a signature, clear the placeholder text and paste. Untick Always match my default message font, or Mail will strip the formatting.

Outlook

Outlook → Settings → Signatures → new signature, then paste. On the web version the editor is under Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.

Gmail

Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste into the box and save at the bottom of the page.

If pasting comes out as plain text, use Download .html, open the file in a browser, select the signature and copy it from there.
